Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without having to provide a reason.

To request a return, please contact info@bohemiansoulhats.com within this period.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once the returned item has been received, the refund will be made using the original payment method. The standard delivery cost paid on the original order will also be refunded. Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option will not be refunded.

 

If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, the applicable legal guarantee rights will apply.
